RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your clothing purchase, we have a straightforward returns policy in line with UK government guidelines to make the process as easy as possible for you.
1. Returns Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2. Eligibility for Returns
In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The clothing item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels still attached.
The item(s) must be in their original packaging, which should also be in a resaleable condition.

3. Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Underwear, swimwear, or any clothing items that are considered intimate or hygiene sensitive.
Clothing that has been custom made or altered at your request.
Sale or clearance items, which are marked as final sale.

4. How to Initiate a Return
Email fleeceandco@gmail.com to notify the return and request the return postal address.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or damaged. In such cases, please contact fleeceandco@gmail.com for assistance.

6. Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your return. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. If you have requested an exchange, we will send out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
